CATCH Symposium

On Friday November 13rd the CATCH Symposium ‘How to CATCH the future’ took place at the beautiful venue of the Bazel, Amsterdam.

International keynote speakers shared their experiences on cooperation between heritage, computer sciences and the humanities. The first 6 CATCH projects that have completely finished received recommendations from the International Scientific Advisory Board.

Hans Bennis, director of the Meertens Institute (KNAW) and president of the CATCHPlus steering board, presented CATCHPlus as a possible follow-up to CATCH projects. Especially cooperating with companies was an interesting point for those attending.
